With the profiBIBER we have found the most efficient solution for the ideal production of weld seam preparations. The technology and the support of the company ERL Automation have convinced us completely.

It is no longer possible to imagine our production without the BIBER. With the chamfering robot, we can produce precise and repeatable chamfers starting from piece number 1, which as an alternative could only be milled. And not only that: Thanks to a special solution, we can also use the system for beam cutting.

We had been following the developments of the BIBER with interest for some time and after a reference visit to a large German crane manufacturer who has been using a similar system for years, the decision was made. The excellent cutting results and the short production times convinced us.
