The erlcut enables us to achieve significantly shorter production times - on the one hand due to the high cutting speeds, and on the other hand thanks to the precise cutting results, hardly any reworking is necessary.
ERL's system concept is unique on the market. The erlcut-silent provides very precise results, and the output has also increased enormously. And thanks to the housing, the noise level has been reduced to a minimum.
Both our high demands on component quality and the request for a special positioning of the control system were fulfilled. In addition, the system periphery was optimally adapted to our operating infrastructure - ERL customized the system for us down to the smallest detail.
With erlcut, we are very well positioned for all cutting tasks that arise in the sheet metal sector. Basically, we can cut and mark metallic materials up to 300 mm sheet thickness ourselves and at the same time offer our employees a comfortable workplace.
The erlcut is very well received by our employees. According to one operator, it is the easiest to use compared to the other cutting machines he has learned to operate during his career. Also, the converter, which allows us to reuse programs from other programming systems, makes operation much easier.

For Liebherr Ehingen, the preparation of weld seams with the BIBER robot from ERL is currently the most universal manufacturing process in terms of quality, price-performance and flexibility.
With the profiBIBER we have found the most efficient solution for the ideal production of weld seam preparations. The technology and the support of the company ERL Automation have convinced us completely.
It is no longer possible to imagine our production without the BIBER. With the chamfering robot, we can produce precise and repeatable chamfers starting from piece number 1, which as an alternative could only be milled. And not only that: Thanks to a special solution, we can also use the system for beam cutting.
