Sebastian Biermeier, authorized signatory and sales manager at ERL Automation GmbH, honored the sales employee, who works in southern Germany, at this year's Christmas party in front of the entire ERL Group: “I got to know Markus Kempf at a training course in 2012, when he used a workpiece to explain that the emblem of the Ferrari car brand was inspired by the Stuttgart city coat of arms.” A humorous moment that inadvertently secured him the attention of the authorized signatory and laid the foundation for his later employment. “It's often the small, unexpected moments that have the biggest impact on our decisions,” Biermeier recalls his first impression of Markus Kempf.
