ERL Automation GmbH has expanded the marking options of the erlcut cutting systems. In the future, component marking can also be carried out with a high-performance needle marker.
With the needle matrix embossing system for erlcut cutting systems, clear texts, lines, data matrix codes and much more can be generated on the sheet surface. In this way, the erlcut can be used for cutting as well as for long-lasting component marking. By saving otherwise in-line production steps, production can be carried out even more quickly and cost-effectively.
The embossing system works in a self-sufficient area of 100 x 150 mm without machine movement and is suitable for a wide range of materials. As one of the strongest systems on the market, the needle embosser also permits the embossing of particularly hard steel such as StE 960. However, the embossing system is not only particularly powerful, but also fast - up to 10 characters per second are possible with the needle embosser.
