On 24.01.2014, the DELTATEC cutting centre was handed over to the production at Goldhofer AG in Memmingen.
This cutting centre consists of 2 DELTATEC gantry cutting machines. One portal is equipped with a plasma system Kjellberg HiFocus 440i for vertical cutting, the second gantry has 2 oxy-fuel torches up to 200 mm cutting thickness and a plasma system Powermax. Both gantries have a track width of 3.5 m and operate on a common runway with a length of 14 m. The gantries are equipped with laser sensors. Laser sensors protect the systems against collision.
The system was supplied completely with a cutting table (2.5 x 9 m) with an integrated slag conveyor and a DTZ 32 extraction and filter system. As you can see from the pictures, the system works perfectly, the customer is very satisfied.
