profiBIBER is a robot bevel cutting system from ERL AUTOMATION GmbH. In this version, the robot moves on a linear unit and can serve a cutting area of 2 m x 6 m. A Kjellberg HiFocus 440i is used as the cutting tool on the one hand and an oxy-fuel cutting torch on the other. Changing the cutting system takes less than 5 minutes. The system was delivered completely with a cutting table and an extraction system. As you can see from the pictures, the system works perfectly, the customer is very satisfied.
