profiBIBER is a bevel cutting system for weld seam preparation that was developed by ERL AUTOMATION. The working area of this type of system extends over several individual working areas. The robot is mounted on a linear unit. The suction tables can be mounted on both sides of the linear unit.
A plasma torch (Kjellberg HF360i) and an oxy-fuel torch are installed as tools in this system. This means that both cutting processes for bevelling components are possible.
