Lehnhoff has been relying on a BIBER robot cutting system from ERL for weld seam preparation since 2010. To ensure its competitiveness, the company decided to invest in the next generation of the cutting system. Productivity in cutting was also increased with a gantry cutting system including a sound insulating enclosure, while at the same time creating a user-friendly working environment.

Stahlbau Regenhütte, based in Zwiesel, is a medium-sized family business that manufactures complete equipment parts for the construction machinery industry. Since 2013, SBR has relied on the BIBER robot cutting system from ERL for the preparation of components. In order to increase productivity in weld seam preparation, the company decided to invest in another system and upgrade the existing BIBER.

Weber Stahl relied on a BIBER robot cutting system from ERL Automation for the modernization of its prefabrication. The cutting system has been in use at the steel prefabrication and processing expert since the beginning of 2019 and has since taken over almost all beveling work. This has enabled the company to significantly reduce production times and at the same time improve cutting results.

As part of the modernization of its cutting operations, Liebherr-France SAS, a manufacturer of crawler excavators and special machines for earthmoving, civil engineering and industrial handling, for example, decided to invest in a new robot cutting system.

As a leading steel and metal trader with its own flame-cutting facility in Switzerland, stürmsfs relies on modern production with a high degree of automation. The bevel cutting robot BIBER from ERL Automation GmbH has been used for the automated preparation of components for weld seam preparation since mid-2017. With this, stürmsfs not only achieves significantly better cutting results, but can also significantly reduce production times.

To increase quality and productivity in prefabrication, Liebherr Rostock decided to invest in a robot cutting system from ERL. The system is equipped with plasma and oxy-fuel tools and can therefore realize cutting lengths of 5 to 200 mm.
